Microsoft Office 365 is currently provided free to all UTMB students, accessible from all modern web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Edge, Internet Explorer 11+, Safari etc.) for online use with online interfaces of common Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Mail. Students also have the option to download a local installation of Microsoft Office 365 (the latest version) to their device(s). The full suite is available for download/installation as well as standalone installations such Skype For Business Basic.

For Windows users, Microsoft Office 365 is downloadable in 32-bit and 64-bit versions. If you are running a 32-bit version of Windows, you will need to install the 32-bit version.
For Macintosh users, Microsoft Office 365 download will be the latest version of Office for Mac. Skype For Business is only available as a separate download, and not including in the primary Office for Mac suite.
