The Nurse Educator Certificate Program starts each Fall semester.
The Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP Post-MSN Certificate, Telehealth Certificate, and Correctional Care Certificate Programs starts each Spring semester.
To apply to a certificate program, continue to the UTMB Online Application.
Official transcripts must be sent to Enrollment Services.
Admission Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from a nationally accredited university/institution
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi-state privilege to practice as a RN in the state(s) in which you participate in any clinical learning experiences
- Licensed or authorized to practice as an APRN in the state intended for clinical practice
- Required Documents: the UTMB Online Application, official transcripts, resume, one (1) letter of reference
