Please join us to celebrate the educational accomplishments of our Class of 2023! Our annual Commencement ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Moody Gardens Convention Center. At this time, we are proceeding with plans for a live event for all to enjoy. However, this is subject to change based on public health considerations.

• 09:15 AM — Doors open for family and guests
• 09:30 AM — Graduate lineup - North Lobby
• 10:00 AM — Commencement begins promptly
• 12:00 PM — Commencement ends (approximate)
• 12:00 PM — Regalia return - Southwest Lobby by escalator

Parking is available free of charge in the Moody Gardens Convention Center Parking Garage and surrounding parking lots.

Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly to secure desired seating.

A reserved section will be available for any ADA related needs including but not limited to wheelchairs, motorized scooters, walkers, and canes. Guests should notify a greeter of their need for this seating upon entrance to the convention center.

A room block for overnight accommodations s is available at the Moody Gardens Hotel. A special rate of $195 per night for Monday, April 24, 2023, through Wednesday, April, 26, 2023, has been secured for our students.
