Event Parking
Parking is available free of charge in the Moody Gardens Convention Center Parking Garage and surrounding parking lots.
Guest Seating
Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly to secure desired seating.
A reserved section will be available for any ADA related needs including but not limited to wheelchairs, motorized scooters, walkers, and canes. Guests should notify a greeter of their need for this seating upon entrance to the convention center.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block for overnight accommodations s is available at the Moody Gardens Hotel. A special rate of $197 per night for , through , has been secured for our students.
